- All our keyboards come with a 1 year warranty. This is a warranty program offered by us and there is no need to ship it back to iQunix. Hooray!

- We accept bank transfer, Paynow, Paylah!, Grabpay or Installment Plans through Lazada/Shopee.
Installment plans are available - a 3% service fee applies. You will need to have a OCBC or DBS credit card. Both 6 months and 12 months options are available. Drop us a message to discuss and finalize your keyboard choice. After which, you can make payment via Lazada or Shopee depending on which platform you prefer.

- Cherry MX Red: Linear, no audible click
Cherry MX Brown: Tactile, no audible click

- Because these switches are not as common as the others. They serve a very specific crowd requiring some unique traits of the switch. For example, Cherry MX Pink has an extremely silent characteristic while Cherry MX Silver is known to have low actuation distance. Manufactured in lower quantities than it's counterparts results in the higher reflected cost.
